Mark knows about my passion for baseball and the conditioning for baseball players, so he sent me his specialized training manual. Mark’s book covers what I think every high school and college player should do to keep his/her body in baseball shape.
On a personal note, I found that my favorite section of the book dealing with plyometrics. Mark covers several exercises that can be done by young children, to highschoolers, to adults. (Do not get scared of your young child trying these exercises. Mark is a bonifide liscensed and registered trainer, with a couple of decades worth of experience in this field.
